The quality department
Involved in the production process, from the field to packaging station, our quality team works to ensure compliance with current regulations and specifications.
What makes it unique? Be responsible for Maison Ferrier's quality policy throughout the chain.
The quality team supervises production to ensure consistent, uniform quality throughout the season. To do this, it:
- Audits farms.
- Supports and assists partner producers in their certification process.
- Conducts multi-residue analysis plans to control the number of inputs.
Product monitoring is carried out at each stage:
- Initial inspection: the fruit or vegetable is assessed according to a specific set of criteria.
- Allocation: the batch allocated to the customer must correspond to their specifications.
- Traceability: at each stage, the batch is scanned and thus tracked electronically.
- Inspection before shipment: once ready, the goods are checked for compliance.
