Quality
When we talk about quality,
what exactly are we talking about?
We ensure strict compliance with agricultural regulations on our land and among our partner producers.
In addition, FERRIER supports clean and sustainable agriculture. We contribute to this by modernizing our farming techniques: thanks to a better understanding of the soil and its properties, we adapt our practices to better respect the land and the environment. This translates into :
- Daily work
support for agricultural structures and systematic analysis of the fruit and vegetables we sell
- In the longer term,
a choice of cultivation methods and variety selection.
In production,
what quality means
Product quality means strictly applying customer specifications and striving to satisfy the end consumer.
Responsibility for food safety is therefore engaged at every level of the supply chain, from the field to distribution. This translates into :
- Daily work
on appearance, taste and preservation
- In the longer term,
staff training and skills development
Maison FERRIER, a pioneer in terms of quality
Quality was recognised early on as a powerful lever for customer satisfaction and a way to get teams on board!
Quality in a few key dates from the 1990s until today:

When he created his Aladines brand in the early 1990s, FERRIER drew up a quality charter to which his partner producers adhere.

Maison FERRIER established detailed technical specifications, the key points of which were a drastic reduction in inputs and the implementation of external audits on the farm. This was highly innovative at the time.

Because we experience it every day, we have chosen the slogan ‘The taste of quality’! A genuine commitment to our customers.

At this point, we decided to create a quality department. Maison FERRIER is investing in this area at both the production and warehouse levels.

It is now the turn of our warehouse to be IFS Food certified.
We are very proud of our teams who have made these advances possible.

La qualité est un travail quotidien de nos équipes et nous sommes fières d'offrir à nos client un volume croissant de produits certifiés Globalgap
Quality ?
It's also, and above all, about mastering your supply chain
In addition to its market knowledge, Maison FERRIER has expertise in the field through its farming structure, AGRIFER. Increasing support for producers was an obvious step.
This close collaboration enables small and medium-sized farms to meet the requirements of today's markets and thus ensure the long-term viability of their business.
